Fees
Payment before hand of the course is required to secure a place on a course.Fees include Tuition and all ingredients used.
- Private sushi course
- GBP 155.oo for one person
- GBP 230.oo for two person(GBP 115 per person)
- GBP 95.oo per person from three people up to four people
- Group sushi course----GBP 95.oo per person.
Liability
If you make a compensation claim against us, our liability is no more than the money we have received.
We do not accept liability for any loss, damage or accident students may suffer when they are on our premises or elsewhere.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking we will refund ;
1) More than 8 days prior to the course date----the full amount back to you.
2) More than 5 days but less than 7 days prior to the course date---75% will be given back to you.
3) More than 3 days but less than 4 days before the course date--- 50% will be given back to you.
4) Less than 2 days before the course date----No refund.
- In case of voucher
- The voucher is valid for 6 months after the issue date.
- You need to book the course by the expiry date of voucher.
- We do not refund for the voucher,but you can give it away to other person.
Changing the date of your course
- If it is more than a 3 day notice, we can change the course date. Any later day will be a £50 charge as we usually have already ordered the course ingredients.

How to Pay
You may pay using cheque or BACS. Or alternatively you can use credit card via paypal, however there will be a charge of £7 for this service.
